Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategy for a very well-run real estate specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Implement Creative Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives for each property asset, including B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Recruit and Manage a Marketing Team: Recruit and manage a new marketing team to support the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management: Write and manage content for social media channels, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and manage partner events from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Marketing Collateral Production: Manage the production of internal and external marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to identify marketing requirements and ensure messaging and outputs are aligned.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Experience: 15+ years of experience in the property industry, with a proven track record of planning and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Communication Skills: Energetic and passionate self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.

Salary and Benefits:

c£130-150,000 base salary, 5-days in the office.
