Reporting directly to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this role will assist in the planning and execution of exceptional 360-degree marketing campaigns for both new product launches and ongoing product initiatives at Trinny London.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of product marketing strategies for all new launches and key product focuses.
  • Collaborating across various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Defining and validating the unique selling propositions (USPs) for different product categories to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Supporting the Senior Product Marketing Manager in crafting comprehensive product briefs that outline objectives and engage all relevant stakeholders.
  • Working with key partners to achieve revenue goals for new product launches in a cost-effective manner.
  • Gathering and sharing real-time data and insights on product performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform product strategy and recommendations for both digital and in-store execution.
  • Providing benchmark data for product marketing efforts, including comparisons to previous launches and relevant market insights.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of product categories and competitor marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing the customer lifecycle to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinating with Editorial, Performance Marketing, Communications, Community, Copy, Design, and Tech teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the marketing process.
  • Reviewing market trends to propose new product ideas or modifications to enhance offerings.
  • Mentoring the Product Marketing Assistant and supporting other teams with asset briefing and oversight.
  • Managing company-wide timelines and processes to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Leading meetings with key stakeholders and executives to align on marketing initiatives.
