Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Roto/Prep and Matchmove department at One Of Us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our artists, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the RPM Production Manager in overseeing the production process and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Lead production rounds and dailies to ensure that all artists are aware of their tasks and deadlines.
  • Manage artists working to the RPM schedule, providing them with briefs and materials as needed.
  • Liaise with Show Line producers and Supervisors to provide progress updates and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Onboard new RPM starters and provide them with the necessary training and support.
  • General department administration and calendar management to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • Experience with Flow Production Tracking (AKA ShotGrid) and Google Workspace tools and environment.
  • Ability to work towards schedules and keep track of progress.
  • Problem-solving skills to help unblock schedule issues.
  • Confidence in managing multiple shows simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge between multiple departments.
  • Experience in deadline-driven production or post-production environments, familiar with VFX.
  • Self-awareness and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Driven to make improvements and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Infectious energy and positive attitude to have a positive impact on colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
