Job Summary

The Production Guild is seeking a highly skilled Content Research Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to drive creative and commercial success across our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in running daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the performance of our channels and competitors, across all platforms – linear, BVOD, FAST, and SVOD.
  • Respond to ad hoc business requests and provide timely and accurate insights to inform business decisions.
  • Assist the team in scripting, analyzing, and preparing summaries of online surveys to inform content strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our audience and their viewing habits to inform content development and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that research insights are integrated into content development and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in media research and analytics.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Excel skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Knowledge of TV data systems, including Techedge, Snowflake, TV Beat, and Adobe.
  • Experience with statistical research software tools such as Q.
  • Desirable – knowledge of qualitative research methods and tools.
  • Desirable – experience working in a media research or analytics role.
