Your key accountabilities will include:

Keep up to date with trends in Foods, including packaging and ingredients. Input into category strategy with your Head of Product, Trading Manager, Brand Marketing, Technologist and Buyer. Identify commercial opportunities within own area of responsibility. Interpret internal and external sources of data and customer insight enabling delivery of product proposition plans. See opportunities to bring on board new suppliers to deliver market leading innovation, ensuring protection for M&S development through relevant legal documents and agreements. Lead on product quality standards setting the benchmark for the industry, identifying relevant benchmarks and centres of excellence. Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

An active interest in the drinks market and trends, with the ability to apply knowledge and skills to the product development. Product track record in developing and launching food products Commercially aware, with the ability to analyse and interpret customer and market data. Self motivated with a positive approach.
