Role Overview: As a Product Development Manager, you will work closely with our senior leadership, product development teams, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enhance our internal operations and customer-facing products. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with our business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases, leveraging tools like Figma, Excel, and ClickUp.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams, leveraging tools like Figma, Excel, and ClickUp.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or fashion industry.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, Excel, and ClickUp, with experience in product development and project management.
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or product development.
