About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Game Producer to join our team at Product Madness Inc. As a key member of our Live Games business unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality games on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver games that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute game roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to ensure successful game launches.
  • Oversee the development of a large team, managing comprehensive plans and ensuring effective communication.
  • Measure project performance, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Report progress to the Leadership Team and ensure timely communication of key milestones.
  • Advocate for studio best practices, techniques, and standards to drive excellence in game development.
  • Mentor and develop the production team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in game production, with a strong track record of delivering games on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Master Jira and Confluence user skills, with the ability to effectively use these tools to manage projects.
  • Previous experience in live operations, with a strong understanding of the game development lifecycle.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 and Scrum certification preferred.
