Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at GAME in Belfast. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and customer service.
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of store staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Knowledge of retail systems and processes, including stock management and customer service.
