About the Role:

As a Product Development Manager at SharkNinja, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products across the UK and mainland Europe. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product financials, ensuring compliance, and ultimately delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of product managers to successfully launch new products in the UK and mainland Europe.
  • Develop and execute channel management strategies and create compelling product collateral.
  • Monitor product financials and maintain rigorous quality control measures.
  • Drive decisive action and facilitate swift execution within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in product development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
