About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to lead our product team for one of our top mobile games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the game, ensuring that we maximize relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive game growth and revenue.
  • Lead a team of product, marketing, and project managers to execute the strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze game performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Director or equivalent role in a mobile gaming company.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
