Game Development Leadership Opportunity

Amazon Games is seeking a seasoned leader to join our Product Development group and lead the development of a new franchise. As the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for owning the P&L of the game franchise, working with the game development team and key stakeholders to establish and maintain a strong product vision and product development roadmap, and leading a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end product development, live operations, and publishing.

  1. Develop and execute a product development roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
  2. Lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality games that meet customer expectations.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across relevant teams.
  4. Ensure operational and execution excellence in all aspects of game development.
  5. Have experience working with international, cross-continent teams.
Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  1. BA degree required or equivalent.
  2. Experience in team leadership and game development, preferably with AAA games on PC and consoles.
  3. Experience with cross-platform and live services on AAA games.
  4. Passion for games and pop culture.
  5. Broad knowledge of game project management and product processes.
