Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the international expansion of new Alexa capabilities. As a key member of the Alexa International product marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the international product roadmap for key Alexa features.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Roadmap Management: Develop and execute the international product roadmap for key Alexa features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Customer Insights & Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, informing product development and driving business growth.
  3. Thought Leadership: Establish subject matter expertise on automated marketing channels and content personalization, driving innovation and best practices within the organization.
  4. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and align on requirements, priorities, and implementation plans, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  5. Performance Reporting: Develop, standardize, and maintain business-critical metrics, analysis, and reporting to support business and financial planning.
  6. Global Remit: Understand global complexities and nuances, adjusting product requirements to meet local needs and drive business success.
  7. Process Improvement: Develop and implement new programs, tools, and process improvements across the business to improve transparency, drive scale, and efficiencies.
Requirements
  1. Several years of product management experience in professional, non-internship employment.
  2. Experience in product, program, or project management, leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services.
  3. Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity.
  4. Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
  5. Experience with end-to-end product and/or feature delivery and tradeoffs in product development.

  1. Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  2. Experience in handling confidential information.
  3. Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
  6. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and solve problems.
  7. Owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive with bias for action.
  8. Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to drive insights from data.
