We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Design and Development team at CRAIG GREEN. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, organised and looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for executing the product development cycle, from initial concept through to production handover, following the seasonal calendarResponsible for the tracking of prototypes and samples, ensuring delivery on time, to the quality standard, and within cost price range, achieving the target marginBuild and maintain effective working relationships with factories, develop a strong working knowledge of each factory's capabilities and availability to meet demandsLaunch product to suppliers, becoming the main point of contact for all development communicationAct as the technical partner between design and development, organise and attend fittings, provide feedback on technical feasibility and ensure the design vision is translated into productSupport on special projects, made in house, capsules and collaborations as required Support production follow-ups at factories, technical requirements of all proto and samples in preparation for productionAccountable for ensuring Zedonk is kept updated with 100% accuracy at all times ahead of production handover at PPS launchTravel to factories, suppliers and trade shows as necessary to execute and follow through on brand strategies2-3 years of relevant experienceGood CAD skillsThorough knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and ZedonkGood technical knowledge of wovens and knitwearGood organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
