Product Manager

Cleo is a pioneering fintech company that has been disrupting the traditional banking system since its inception in 2016. Our mission is to revolutionize the way people interact with their finances, and we're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our New Ventures team.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Manager at Cleo, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of new product opportunities. Your primary focus will be on exploring and validating innovative ideas, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that can scale if successful.
Outcome 1: Product Development- Collaborate with your squad to generate concepts that resonate with our target audience, leveraging market research and customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Work with our commercial finance and operations teams to understand the key financial assumptions that need to be tested and validated to ensure our products are revenue-additive at scale.
- Decide on scope and trade-offs to get MVPs out to users for the most promising concepts, establishing clear success criteria and evaluating progress along the way.
- Work with our commercial finance, operations, and partnerships teams to understand lead times and dependencies for scaling an MVP to a larger number of users.
- Align with our marketing team on value propositions for acquiring new users to our products.
- Continuously validate key assumptions as our products scale, iterating on the product based on learnings and customer feedback.
- Early-stage product experience building consumer financial products, preferably at a start-up or scale-up, with a strong understanding of cross-functional team dynamics.
- Able to prioritize effectively, saying 'no' when necessary to keep the team focused on impactful initiatives, while also communicating clearly with stakeholders and securing alignment.
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with your product squad and involving them in strategy and decision-making.
- Creativity in approaching financial products, thinking outside the box to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
