Job Overview

My Product Path is seeking a highly skilled Associate Product Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in London or Manchester, with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in product development, data analysis, and market research. They will also play a crucial role in supporting the overall product management function in the development, launch, and ongoing management of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the product development process, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Assist in the creation of product specifications, requirements, and documentation to ensure seamless product development.
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support product strategy and decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the product team to inform product development.
  • Monitor the performance of products in the market, including sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
  • Provide recommendations for product enhancements or discontinuations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to understand customer feedback and pain points to drive product improvements.
  • Engage with customers to validate product concepts and gather insights to inform product development.
  • Assist in training internal teams on new product features and benefits.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in product, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
