Company Overview: In Product is collaborating with a dynamic Scale-up in the Health & Well-being sector. This organization is backed by leading investors from the UK and Europe, aiming to enhance their brand presence by hiring their inaugural Social Media Marketing Specialist.

About the Role: You will be joining a talented team, including a CMO and Creative Director, working closely with C-suite executives such as the Financial Director, Commercial Director, Founder, and CPO to spearhead Social Media and Content Strategy.

Your Impact: You will play a crucial role in cultivating a brand that fosters a community of empowered and engaged users, with the mission of de-stigmatizing health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with an in-house team to scale social media and content for a brand that has achieved notable growth.
  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to community building and brand advocacy.
  • Engage with C-suite executives in a highly ambitious environment, leading discussions on social media and content strategies.
  • Exhibit innovative thinking to drive brand growth and awareness in a complex product landscape.
