The Social Media Coordinator will assist the digital marketing team in enhancing and expanding the brand's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for fashion, a discerning eye for design, and a comprehensive understanding of current social media dynamics. This position entails crafting captivating content, engaging with our digital audience, and supporting the implementation of social media strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the development of visually compelling and brand-consistent content for multiple social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Utilize social media management software to schedule and disseminate posts, ensuring a regular posting rhythm.
  • Create compelling captions that resonate with the brand's identity and messaging.
  • Monitor social media platforms for interactions, including comments and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to cultivate a dedicated online community.
  • Support the strategizing and execution of social media initiatives and partnerships.
  • Assist in organizing contests, giveaways, and other engaging activities.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and prepare reports detailing key performance indicators.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, ideally within the fashion sector.
  • Strong creative and visual skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Hootsuite, Buffer).
