The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Development: Crafting and executing social and digital strategies for key clients, including campaign development, budget planning, and team management.
  • Client Communication: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through regular updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
  • Project Management: Overseeing client projects and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results, including data analysis, trend identification, and recommendations.
  • Reporting: Developing analytical reports and presenting insights to clients, including campaign performance metrics, audience engagement, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media strategy, paid ad campaigns, and account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media paid ad campaigns, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, project management, and client management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Strong empathy and enthusiasm to foster teamwork and resolve potential issues, with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social strategies for key clients, including campaign development and budget planning.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Ensure projects are on track, on budget, and aligned with client briefs, through regular progress updates and issue resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to build positive relationships and ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate reporting and insights with the Insights team, including data analysis and trend identification.
