POSITION OVERVIEW

Ten Toes is on the lookout for a dedicated Social Media Manager to enhance our clients' connections with their audiences and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will join a team of social media professionals who collaborate with sports entities, brands, and talent, providing comprehensive support through the planning, creation, analysis, and execution of top-tier digital content.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

We seek an individual capable of nurturing our partnerships with sports organizations, brands, and talents, offering a range of services from strategic problem-solving to the daily oversight of their social media platforms.

The successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of the evolving social media landscape, with a proven track record in content creation, ideation, publication, and performance reporting across various platforms. Experience working with brands or organizations in the sports sector is highly desirable.

The individual should demonstrate a strong ability and enthusiasm for planning, crafting, and disseminating content, enabling them to effectively support and collaborate with our team of social media managers.

It is essential that the successful candidate is passionate, committed, and personable. Excellent communication skills are crucial in this dynamic role.

Moreover, the role holder should be adept at analyzing social media content performance and possess a keen eye for identifying social trends, along with the creativity and confidence to illustrate how our clients can leverage these trends on their own channels.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The individual in this role will provide essential support to Ten Toes' social media management team, reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, to assist one or more of Ten Toes' clients in fostering stronger relationships with their audiences and stakeholders through three primary services:


• Consultancy (strategy)


• Channel management


• Content creation

The role holder will collaborate with our internal team on planning, ideation, reporting, and execution across our engagements with sports organizations, brands, and talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Assisting senior social media managers with content strategies for client channels


• Drafting and distributing social media copy for client platforms


• Coordinating with account leads to ensure content and copy receive internal and client approval prior to posting


• Supporting the creation of multimedia assets alongside senior social media managers


• Identifying social media trends and best practices, recommending opportunities for client channels


• Assisting with analytics, reporting, and content tagging for clients


• Aiding in the production and distribution of content across Ten Toes' social media channels


• Supporting the internal team in developing strategic and reporting presentations for clients


• Identifying community management opportunities across client channels


• Researching and organizing relevant information for content development across client channels


• Assisting the internal team with the creation of graphic and video briefs for client channels

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


Essential: Proven experience in creating and publishing content across digital platforms


Essential: Comprehensive knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape


Essential: Experience in producing a variety of social-first multimedia content


Essential: Background in the sports industry


Desirable: Experience working in a collaborative team environment


Desirable: Familiarity with analytics tools and software for assessing content and channel performance


Desirable: Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
