The Role

Are you an effective communicator who is approachable and detail-oriented? Do you aspire to create award-winning projects for iconic global brands?

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in London, dedicated to pushing the limits of social media for a prestigious music brand. The client is at the forefront of Black music culture, so we require a Project Coordinator who is attuned to the nuances of this audience, including UK R&B, Afro, Rap, and Caribbean music. You should have a proven track record in managing content production, particularly in video formats. While our in-house Production team handles larger shoots, our creative departments produce smaller content pieces and TikTok assets, necessitating a Project Coordinator who can effectively plan, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee timing plans and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Develop and implement Statements of Work (SoWs) and delivery plans, ensuring clarity and understanding among all stakeholders.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, minimizing errors and delays.
  • Possess experience in creative production for social media campaigns, understanding the efficient production of social assets and supporting creative teams in delivering quality work.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for live projects and managing expectations and communications.
  • Effectively manage various workstreams for social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and campaign work, with a solid grasp of the distinctions between paid and organic content from a production standpoint.
  • Experience in scoping, planning, and executing influencer projects is essential for this role.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen, ensuring project delivery aligns with budget constraints and agreed scopes of work, including regular financial reporting to the Project Director.
  • Experience in video production for small to medium-sized shoots, encompassing pre-production, production, and necessary documentation.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and effectively communicating them to relevant parties.
  • Familiarity with systems and resource booking/finance tools, with an expectation to learn and manage these tools for daily communication, bookings, and planning.
