The Role

Are you an effective communicator who is approachable and detail-oriented in all forms of communication?

Do you aspire to create award-winning projects for some of the most iconic global brands?

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our established team, focusing on innovative social media strategies for a prominent music brand. This client is at the forefront of Black music culture, so we require a Project Coordinator who is attuned to the interests of this audience, including UK R&B, Afro, Rap, and Caribbean music. You should have a proven track record in managing content production, particularly in video formats. While our in-house Production team handles larger shoots, our creative departments produce smaller content pieces and TikTok assets, and we need our Project Coordinators to assist in planning, budget management, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee timing plans and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Develop and implement Statements of Work (SoWs) and delivery plans, ensuring complete clarity and understanding among all stakeholders.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, minimizing errors and delays.
  • Possess experience in creative production for social media campaigns, understanding the production process for social assets and aiding creative teams in efficient delivery.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for clients on active projects, managing expectations and communications effectively.
  • Confidently manage various workstreams for social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and campaign work, with a solid grasp of the distinctions between paid and organic content from a production standpoint. Experience in scoping, planning, and executing influencer projects is essential for this role.

Additional Qualities We Seek

  • Strong financial acumen, ensuring projects remain within budget and aligned with the agreed scope of work, including regular financial reconciliations and reporting.
  • Experience in video production for small to medium-sized shoots, encompassing pre-production, production, and relevant documentation.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and effectively communicating them to the appropriate parties.
  • Proficient in using systems and resource booking/finance tools, as our agency employs various tools for project management, requiring you to stay organized and on top of communications, bookings, and planning.
