We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Strategy Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing cutting-edge social media campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research, interviews, and workshops to gain valuable insights into client needs and market trends.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Perform meticulous competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and best practices within the social media realm.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media platforms, trends, and technologies shaping the industry.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Present compelling proposals and pitches to clients, effectively communicating your strategic vision.
  • Establish clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
  • Craft compelling case studies that showcase the impact and effectiveness of our work.
  • Contribute to new business growth by developing innovative strategies and proposals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a strategic or account planning role within an agency setting.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms and their diverse applications across various industries.
  • Experience working with financial services brands is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with various strategy and insight frameworks.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough research and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
