Your Role

We are on the lookout for a Regional Social Media Strategist to lead our social media initiatives across the APAC region. In this position, you will be responsible for developing captivating content and pioneering campaigns that leverage trending topics to enhance brand visibility. As the driving force behind our social media efforts, you will manage projects related to culinary themes, foster client partnerships, mentor team members, and guide our social media vision. We seek a perfect fusion of creativity and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Social Media Expertise: Formulate and execute impactful social media strategies for our food brands in APAC, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and search trends. Lead the social media team, staying abreast of industry developments and incorporating innovative practices to elevate brand presence.
  • Trend Engagement: Harness social media trends to produce compelling content that ignites discussions and enhances engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust client relationships, comprehend their needs, and surpass expectations by delivering outstanding social media solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-performing team, encouraging creativity and providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of top-notch social media content that resonates with current trends, adheres to brand guidelines, and fulfills client objectives.
  • Innovative Strategies: Lead creative social media initiatives, explore new tools, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Analytical Insight: Utilize analytics to inform strategies and prepare reports that highlight achievements.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in directing social media campaigns within the APAC food sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • A passion for food, a keen eye for trends, and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in content creation and storytelling.
  • Capability to establish strong client relationships and utilize data for strategic planning.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino, Indonesian, and Malay is a plus.
