Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Regional Social Media Strategist to take charge of our social media initiatives across the APAC region. In this position, you will be responsible for curating compelling content and innovative campaigns that leverage trending topics to enhance brand visibility. As the social media expert for our culinary content, you will manage projects related to food and cooking, foster client partnerships, mentor team members, and guide our social media vision. We seek a perfect mix of creativity and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Social Media Expertise: Design and execute impactful social media strategies for our food brands in APAC, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and search trends. Lead the social media team, staying abreast of industry developments and integrating new methodologies for improved brand presence.
  • Trend Utilization: Harness social media trends to produce engaging content that ignites discussions and increases engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and surpassing expectations with outstanding social media solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-performing team, encouraging creativity and providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure that social media content is of the highest quality, resonates with current trends, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets client objectives.
  • Innovative Thinking: Lead creative social media initiatives, explore new tools, and remain ahead of industry trends.
  • Analytical Insights: Utilize analytics to inform strategies and prepare reports that highlight achievements.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators to showcase the impact of social media efforts.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work collaboratively across departments to create a unified brand experience across all channels.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in managing social media campaigns within the APAC food sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their dynamics.
  • A passion for food and a keen eye for trends, complemented by exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in content creation and a flair for storytelling.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships and leverage data for strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino, Indonesian, and Malay is a plus.
