The Role

We are on the lookout for a Regional Social Media Strategist to lead our social media initiatives across the APAC region. In this position, you will be responsible for creating captivating content and innovative campaigns that leverage trending topics to enhance brand visibility. As the driving force behind our social media efforts, you will manage projects related to food and culinary arts, cultivate client partnerships, mentor team members, and steer our social media vision. We seek a perfect mix of creativity and strategic insight.

Your Contributions
  • Regional Social Media Expertise: Formulate and execute impactful social media strategies for our food brands in APAC, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and current trends. Lead the social media team, staying informed about industry developments and incorporating new practices to elevate brand presence.
  • Trend Engagement: Utilize social media trends to produce engaging content that ignites discussions and enhances audience interaction.
  • Client Relationship Builder: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and exceed expectations by delivering outstanding social media solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-performing team, encouraging creativity and providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure that social media content is of the highest quality, resonates with current trends, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets client objectives.
  • Innovative Thinking: Lead creative social media initiatives, explore new tools, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to inform strategies and prepare reports that highlight achievements.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators to showcase the impact of social media efforts.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively across departments to create a unified brand experience across various channels.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in managing social media campaigns within the APAC food sector.
  • A solid understanding of diverse social media platforms and their dynamics.
  • A passion for food, an eye for trends, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in content creation with a talent for storytelling.
  • Ability to forge strong client relationships and utilize data to inform strategies.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino, Indonesian, and Malay is a plus.
