Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Regional Social Media Strategist to lead our social media initiatives across the APAC region. In this position, you will be responsible for curating captivating content and pioneering campaigns that leverage trending topics to enhance brand visibility. As the social media architect for our culinary narratives, you will manage projects related to food and cooking, foster client relationships, mentor team members, and steer our social media vision. We seek a harmonious blend of creativity and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Leadership: Formulate and execute effective social media strategies for our food brands in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and search trends. Lead the social media team, staying abreast of industry developments and incorporating innovative practices to elevate brand presence.
  • Trend Engagement: Harness social media trends to produce engaging content that ignites conversations and enhances engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and surpassing expectations with outstanding social media solutions.
  • Team Development: Inspire and guide a high-performing team, nurturing creativity and providing constructive feedback to promote growth.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of top-notch social media content that resonates with current trends, adheres to brand guidelines, and fulfills client objectives.
  • Innovative Strategies: Lead creative social media initiatives, explore new tools, and remain ahead of industry trends.
  • Analytical Insights: Utilize analytics to inform strategies and prepare reports that highlight achievements.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators to illustrate the impact of social media efforts.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work collaboratively across departments to create a unified brand experience across all channels.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in directing social media campaigns within the APAC food sector.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their dynamics.
  • A passion for food and a keen eye for trends, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in content creation and a talent for storytelling.
  • Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and leverage data for strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino, Indonesian, and Malay is a plus.

  • Experience with influencer marketing and social media advertising platforms.
  • A portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
