About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team at Lucy Lawson Creative Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideation: Develop and implement creative concepts for social media campaigns, leveraging platform insights and industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Paid Social, to ensure seamless creative development and execution.
  • Social Success: Manage and execute social media campaigns with a team of 50+ creators and influencers, driving engagement and exceeding campaign expectations.
  • Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with new ad formats and creative approaches, continuously seeking ways to enhance creative processes and outputs.
Requirements
  • Design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on motion design.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to sell concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to push creative boundaries.
