About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team at The Social Element. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Collaborate with our client services and new business teams to identify opportunities and develop comprehensive social media strategies that meet our clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct Social Media Audits and Analysis: Conduct thorough social media audits and analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for our clients.
  • Present to Senior Clients: Develop and present compelling social media strategies and recommendations to senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with the Insights Team: Collaborate with our insights team to better understand our clients' audiences and brand activities on social media.
  • Inform KPIs and Define Measurement Solutions: Work with our clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop measurement solutions to track the success of our social media strategies.
  • Support Training and Upskilling: Support the training and upskilling of our colleagues and clients on social media strategy and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven Social Media Strategy Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in a creative agency or platform environment.
  • Experience Working with Global Clients: Experience working with global clients and understanding of international social media landscapes.
  • Strong Analytical and Creative Skills: Excellent analytical and creative skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative social media strategies.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex social media strategies to senior clients and stakeholders.
