Social Media Manager

Ruby Magpie is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media plans that drive engagement and growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and serving as a brand advocate within the agency.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and delivering strategic social media plans aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to create engaging, relevant content that aligns with the client's brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of social media executives, content managers, and community managers, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Produce detailed reports on social media performance, offering clients insights and recommendations.
- Leadership Skills: Show strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating the team.
- Social Media Expertise: Be skilled in social media analytics tools, with a focus on making data-informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Industry Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Adaptability: Adapt easily to fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
