Role and Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the organic social strategy, content, and community for our clients. This role will focus on the Anime/Toys industry, with opportunities to work on a variety of clients across different industries over time.

You'll work on core social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, creating engaging content and building strong relationships with clients.

Team Structure

You'll report to a Social Media Director and will have 1-2 Social Media Executives reporting to you, providing support in planning, content creation, and community management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media content plans and strategies, continuously optimizing content to achieve the best results for clients.
  • Lead a team of Social Media Executives, providing guidance and support in planning, content creation, and community management.
  • Collaborate with our Social Creative team to produce high-quality content for clients.
  • Apply original thought and creativity to develop engaging content for clients using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.
  • Review and provide feedback on content plans and content created by the team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, working closely with the Social Media Director to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop reports for clients, providing in-depth analysis and strategic guidance.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of social media experience is required.
  • You're passionate about building a career in social media marketing and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.
  • You're an enthusiastic and creative individual who genuinely cares about your work and wants to deliver high-quality results.
  • You enjoy being organized and have strong organizational skills.
  • You're curious and adaptable, able to keep up with industry changes and learn about how they impact our output.
Salary

£35,000 to £41,000 - depending on experience.
