- Work closely with our social media director to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance across different channels to optimize content and improve results.
- 3-7 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of social media executives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and client services.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 to £41,000, depending on experience.
