A renowned British heritage brand is seeking a skilled Product Development Assistant to join their London office. As an Assistant Footwear Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Footwear Product Developer and Design Team in developing styles across collections.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating product critical path to ensure timely delivery of key timelines.
  • Creating and maintaining all product specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing and organizing footwear samples, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Coordinating deliveries from suppliers, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Liaising with factories regarding processes and deliveries, fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborating with the team to engineer products that meet margin targets, driving business growth.

You will be a natural multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Strong communication abilities and a passion for teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
