The Philanthropy team at The Trust is looking for someone collaborative, highly organised and with a passion for fundraising to become the new Collective Philanthropy Project Manager.

The key aspects of the role include:

  • Providing project management support for sector-leading philanthropic giving groups
  • Collaborating with teams across The Trust to ensure alignment on and maximise opportunities for fundraising for young women and girls, and for young entrepreneurs
  • Managing a portfolio of supporters and prospects predominantly in London with an annual fundraising target

    This role is perfect for you if you have previously coordinated complex projects that include multiple stakeholders and teams. We also want you to have an eye for detail and a solution-focused approach.

    Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with three in four young people on our programmes moving into a positive outcome in work, education or training. The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some have been in trouble with the law.
