Key Responsibilities of the Senior Philanthropy Manager:

  • Oversee the strategic direction of our Major Donor program, aiming to secure significant contributions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and philanthropic organizations
  • Guide and support our Development Team in achieving fundraising goals
  • Design and implement effective fundraising strategies that align with our mission

What we are looking for: We are in search of an experienced Senior Philanthropy Manager who possesses:

  • A proven track record of securing major gifts
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with donor management systems
  • The capability to motivate and connect with donors around our mission
