As a key member of our charity recruitment agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a new major appeal strategy, providing essential support to the Philanthropy Manager with relationship management of larger trusts.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a new major appeal strategy to secure five and six-figure gifts through securing new support and uplifting existing donors.
  • Provide essential support to the Philanthropy Manager with relationship management of larger trusts.
  • Deliver exceptional results in managing income and expenditure budgets.

About You:

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in philanthropy fundraising, having worked across a few fundraising income streams such as corporate, major donors or trusts.
  • An extensive portfolio of excellent relationship management with medium to large-sized trusts and major donors.
  • Strong experience in managing income and expenditure budgets.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £34,000 - £37,000
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time (flexible working options)
  • Location: London – hybrid
