About the Role
The Royal Medical Benevolent Fund is seeking a skilled Philanthropy Manager to join their team. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow income from mid-level and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement donor segmentation, stewardship, and appeal strategies for mid-level and high-value individuals
- Identify, attract, and cultivate new donors using expertise in philanthropy management
- Collaborate with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to implement donor engagement strategies
- Assist in the creation and implementation of a legacy and in-memory giving strategy
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering income against targets and working collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling funding proposals and deliver verbal presentations.
