About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement donor segmentation, stewardship, and appeal strategies for mid-level and high-value individuals
  • Identify, attract, and cultivate new donors using expertise in philanthropy management
  • Collaborate with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to implement donor engagement strategies
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of a legacy and in-memory giving strategy

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering income against targets and working collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling funding proposals and deliver verbal presentations.
