Job DescriptionPartnerships Manager
  • YoutuberThe Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, influencer engagement, and brand alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing and managing successful brand partnerships, preferably within the YouTube or broader social media ecosystem.


Responsibilities:
Identify potential brand partners that align with the YouTuber's image, audience, and values.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other potential partners.
Craft compelling partnership proposals and pitches that align with both the YouTuber's and the brand's goals.
Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, including scope, deliverables, and financial terms.
Manage contracts, ensuring all agreements are clear, legally sound, and mutually beneficial.
Oversee the execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring they meet the agreed objectives and deliverables.
Collaborate with the content creation team to integrate sponsored content seamlessly into the channel's programming.
Develop long-term partnership strategies that align with the YouTuber's growth and brand objectives.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship management, or business development, ideally within the digital media or influencer space.
Strong understanding of YouTube, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
