About the Role

The English Football League (EFL) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnerships Manager to join its commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-performing partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance the EFL's brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the delivery of rights to key partners, including supporters, suppliers, and licensees.
  • Work closely with partners to develop and implement activation goals and strategies.
  • Organize and deliver sponsor-related events and activities that meet partner objectives.
  • Establish a deep understanding of commercial partners' marketing and strategic plans.
  • Develop and deliver campaigns that meet partner KPIs and objectives.
  • Manage and track partner budgets to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for partners and lead on delivering all commercial rights.
  • Coordinate and manage reporting, results, and case studies that relate to partner KPIs and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing and activating partnerships in the sports industry.
  • Experience managing a team and leading on commercial partnerships.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of managing partnership contracts.
  • A thorough understanding of maintaining and developing high-profile partnership rights.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
