Who You Are

You're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative, scrappy, and can navigate a large, fast-paced organization with ease. You are a strategic human resources advisor who'll quickly develop close working relationships with COEs and teams supporting systems both upstream and downstream of Workday. You interface between People Services and COEs to drive business results through the effective implementation, use, enhancement and maintenance of a variety of technologies including Workday. You'll develop playbooks, road maps, and tactics to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitate a successful partnership between the broader business and ES.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer leave of absence, time tracking and time away for multiple European countries.
  • Function as a thought partner with global stakeholders to create seamless, end-to-end employee experiences for complex, high visibility leave of absence programs
  • Assist the business to form/improve process and systems solutions that embed scalable frameworks/methodologies to satisfy both tactical and strategic business needs
  • Communicate system and process changes for ES programs to global stakeholders
  • Drive project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication and managing escalation/risk.
  • Maintain up to date documentation and controls for systems and process supporting ES programs
  • Network cross functionally within ES - and beyond - identifying opportunities to provide thought partnership for processes, procedures, and training that will shape the way the ES operates now and in the future
  • Leverage deep expertise of Salesforce's approach to leave programs and time tracking to provide support and counsel on complex issues.
  • Oversees case management, provides process guidance, and serves as the liaison with employees, managers, Payroll and Total Rewards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations of processes, build/ follow proper controls to mitigate risk
  • Continuously identify and drive process improvement and standardization opportunities to provide an exceptional employee experience, identify areas for automation and reduction of risk

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Leave of Absence/HR Operations
  • Experience with administering company and statutory leaves programs, paid time off and time tracking
  • Experience implementing or designing processes to manage leave of absence within an HRIS system, Workday preferred
  • Statutory leave experience within multiple European countries
  • Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation, data & insights
  • Excel experience - including creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs partnered with analytical and problem solving experience
  • Ability to coordinate and manage complex cross-functional projects given multiple competing priorities or perspectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver presentations that influence stakeholder decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with and in support of diverse, global communities
  • Strong understanding of time off types within multiple European countries
