About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team at Tao Group Hospitality. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with management to build strong connections across the organization and drive employee relations to empower and equip management to handle people matters in a fair and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support management on best practices for employee relations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee policies related to absences, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, pensions, and flexible working.
  • Manage employee-related issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and sickness and absence management.
  • Assist with recruitment and related administration, as well as support the Learning & Development Manager with onboarding, training coordination, and delivery.
  • Guide performance management and annual performance processes.
  • Collate and administer monthly payroll.
  • Promote employee engagement through CSR activities.
  • Manage team member benefits and arrange staff events throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing environment.
