Job Overview

Totum Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days a week). This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic HR support to our business, including employment policies, performance management, and absence management.
  2. Support the employee lifecycle processes, covering new joiners, leavers, family leave, and flexible working requests.
  3. Assist with recruitment activities, including speculative enquiries, CV collation, interview organization, and offer paperwork preparation.
  4. Update our HR system and provide ad hoc HR support as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong organizational and planning skills.
  3. Enthusiastic and committed approach to HR practices.
  4. Proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
