The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, with experience in leading on disciplinary, sickness/absence, and grievance cases. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, sickness/absence, and grievance cases.
  • Recruitment: Lead on end-to-end recruitment campaigns, working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and advising on the best approach.
  • HR Reporting: Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc people reports for senior stakeholders, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • HR Policy and Process: Collaborate with the HR team to develop, maintain, and improve HR policies and processes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
  • People Database: Own and maintain the people database, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and fit for purpose.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in employee relations, with a proven track record of leading on disciplinary, sickness/absence, and grievance cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Evidenced experience of the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
