Job Title: Family Care Programme Administrator

Salary: £30k-£33k (Dependent on Experience)

Hours: 37.5 per week / Monday-Friday / Office based with flexibility of WFH 1 day per week

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Goldman Sachs London Office

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Care Programme Administrator to support the effective delivery of the firm's EMEA Family Care Programme Administration at a large corporate financial firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the Parenting mailbox
  2. Act as the initial point of contact for all parenting policy and process queries
  3. Maintain employee's parenting mailbox files
  4. Promptly respond to, triage, and resolve queries to ensure that employees receive timely support and accurate advice
  5. Initiate parenting leave process upon receipt of employee notification to take the leave
  6. Evaluate and escalate complex cases to Family Care Program Lead in a timely manner
  7. Advise on and signpost to firm's offerings and services relevant to parenting population
  8. Manage the administrative requirements of the parenting leave processes including evidence and record keeping
  9. Manage weekly parenting communications
  10. Ensure parenting leave notification including leave changes and relevant evidence is obtained and provided to Medical Leave of Absence Team in a timely manner
  11. Update parenting data trackers
  12. Assist employees with SMP1 Form processing
  13. Utilize the firm's systems to fact find and resolve queries proactively
  14. Evaluate and escalate vacation cases to Family Care Program Lead and wider Wellness Team and manage communications as appropriate
  15. Update internal intranet as and when required
  16. Update Parenting Meetings agenda and note taking
  17. Support with Family Care Programme documents and collateral review
  18. Support with the year-end activities in partnership with other business functions

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar HR support role
  2. Experience of working for a large corporate organization with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  3. HR background that would enable you to be confident in answering family leave queries and determining when to escalate to the correct line of support
  4. Experience of planning, prioritizing, and organizing work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, individually and as part of a team, whilst ensuring the effective use of resources and delivering a high standard of work to tight deadlines
  5. High level of computer literacy

Qualifications:

  1. Qualification – CIPD Level 3 (Essential)
