About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coaching Professional to join our team at Bright Horizons UK. As a Parenting Leave Transition Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of our Parenting Leave Transition Coaching Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Coaching Sessions: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to new and expectant parents across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, ensuring the use of applicable coaching tools and frameworks.
  • Support Coaching Strategy: Collaborate with the Family Care Programme Lead to deliver coaching strategy and ensure high levels of coaching utilisation.
  • Act as First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all coaching queries, providing timely and effective support to coachees.
  • Coaching Diary Management: Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and ensure connectivity with coachees between sessions.
  • Support Coaching MI Reporting: Collaborate with the Family Care Programme Lead to track engagement, provide insights, and collate feedback on coaching sessions.
  • Drive Engagement: Co-facilitate Parenting Meetings, Panel Events, and participate in internal forums and webinars to drive engagement and promote the coaching programme.
  • Support Employee Enrolment: Drive engagement of the online and app-based Parental Leave Toolkit and support employee enrolment.
  • Host Coaching Webinars: Organise quarterly coaching webinars to support coachees and promote the coaching programme.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of extensive coaching experience, preferably with specialist experience in navigating careers and family life at an executive level.
  • Accredited Coach Certification: Hold an accredited coach certification.
  • Personal Attributes: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build trust and strong relationships, and a self-starter mindset with excellent initiative.
