Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Parenting Leave Transition Coach to join our team at Bright Horizons UK. As a key member of our coaching team, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of our Parenting Leave Transition Coaching Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite and virtual 1:1 coaching sessions to new and expectant parents across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
  • Ensure the use of applicable coaching tools and frameworks to drive coaching engagement and utilisation.
  • Support the Family Care Programme Lead in the delivery of coaching strategy and ensure seamless connectivity with coachees between sessions.
  • Keep track of all live coaching cases and ensure timely completion of coaching session record keeping and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Family Care Programme Lead to deliver relevant coaching MI reporting, tracking engagement, providing insight, and collating feedback on coaching sessions.
  • Support employee enrolment and drive engagement of the online and app-based Parental Leave Toolkit.
  • Host quarterly coaching webinars and support with coaching collateral review.

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering 1:1 coaching for a large corporate organisation with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Experience in Leadership, Career and/or Life Coaching.
  • Experience in building engagement and delivering a high standard of work.
  • 4 years of extensive coaching experience, preferably with specialist experience in navigating careers and family life and at an executive level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to gain credibility across levels, and warm rapport-building ability with strong internal consultant skills.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
