About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Parenting Leave Transition Coach to join our team at Bright Horizons UK. As a Parenting Leave Transition Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of our Parenting Leave Transition Coaching Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Coaching Sessions: Deliver onsite and virtual 1:1 coaching sessions to new and expectant parents across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
  • Coaching Tools and Frameworks: Ensure use of applicable coaching tools and frameworks to support coaching sessions.
  • Support Coaching Strategy: Support the Family Care Programme Lead in the delivery of coaching strategy.
  • Coaching Queries: Act as the first point of contact for all coaching queries.
  • Coaching Case Management: Keep track of all live coaching cases while ensuring connectivity with coachees between sessions.
  • Support and Signposting: Support and signpost coachees to firm's offerings and services relevant to parenting population.
  • Coaching Session Record Keeping: Ensure coaching session record keeping and any necessary follow ups with the coachees are completed in a timely manner.
  • Coaching Diary Management: Manage coaching diary.
  • Coaching MI Reporting: Collaborate with Family Care Programme Lead and support delivery of relevant coaching MI reporting – tracking engagement, providing insight and collating feedback on coaching sessions.
  • Engagement and Collaboration: Drive engagement by co-facilitating Parenting Meetings, Panel Events and participating in internal forums and webinars.
  • Employee Enrolment and Engagement: Support employee enrolment and drive engagement of the online and app based Parental Leave Toolkit.
  • Quarterly Coaching Webinars: Host quarterly coaching webinars.
  • Coaching Collateral Review: Support with coaching collateral review.
Requirements
  • Coaching Experience: Experience of delivering 1:1 coaching for a large corporate organisation with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Leadership, Career and/or Life Coaching: Experience in Leadership, Career and/or Life Coaching.
  • Engagement and Delivery: Experience in building engagement and delivering a high standard of work.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Coaching Certification: +4 years of extensive coaching experience, preferably but not essential with specialist experience in navigating careers and family life and at an executive level.
  • Accredited Coach Certification: An accredited coach certification.

  • Communication and Rapport Building: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to gain credibility across levels, and warm rapport-building ability with strong internal consultant skills.
