What you will be rewarded with (UK Specific):

We will rely on you to:
- Support Programme Management in the Definition of a Single Vision for Blue[i]
- Identify Areas to Create More Consistency across the Blue[i] Platform
- Collate Information for the Programme Management of Blue[i]
- Develop a Roadmap for Interconnectivity of Applications
- Support Programme Management to coordinate with Business Leaders to Develop a One-Year Development Roadmap
- Evaluate Integration with Marsh Enterprise-wide Initiatives
- Outline and Recommend Improvements to Governance Structure
- Collaborate with Regional Change Management Colleagues for Training Plan
What you need to have:
- Business analyst experience
- Insurance knowledge and experience
- Clear understanding of analytics and risk management
- Understanding or experience of the day-to-day role of product development.
