As a member of the operations team, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and managing trading activities across various platforms globally. Attention to detail is crucial, and you should feel confident in addressing discrepancies and eager to develop your skills further.

This role is particularly suited for high-achieving numerical graduates looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage trading platforms that operate continuously

• Identify inconsistencies, errors, and unusual patterns

• Analyze customer, counterparty, and market behaviors

• Communicate with traders and counterparties as needed

• Assist in resolving issues that may arise during the trading process

• Collaborate with developers and traders to enhance platform functionality

Required Skills

• A minimum of a BSc degree in a mathematical or scientific discipline with a 2.1 or higher from a recognized university

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Quick adaptability to new software applications

• Strong attention to detail, as precision is critical in this field

• High numeracy skills, including understanding probabilities

• Ability to manage tasks across different time zones and currencies

• Comfortable making informed trading decisions

• Excellent organizational skills with a structured work approach

• Familiarity with SQL is advantageous but can be learned on the job

• Strong interpersonal skills and a mature, responsible demeanor
