Position Overview

Join DataTech Analytics as an Analytics Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' data-driven decision-making processes. This position involves overseeing analytics, reporting, and dashboarding efforts, ensuring that our clients receive insightful and actionable data analysis.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of clients, understanding their reporting needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth through effective support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure data onboarding and transformation processes using our advanced reporting solutions, creating impactful dashboard visualizations.

• Manage the client team backlog, addressing user-generated requests with efficiency and maintaining clear communication throughout.

• Lead your team by proactively engaging with client requirements, managing expectations, and fostering strong partnerships.

• Contribute to the migration to our new data platform, ensuring that data feeds and transformations are optimized for our clients' unique needs.

• Conduct thorough data quality assurance, implementing a systematic approach to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Uphold data integrity within our reporting solutions, swiftly addressing issues as they arise.

• Standardize processes and champion improvements in our analytical methodologies.

• Create compelling visualizations that encourage self-service and deliver relevant insights.

• Provide training to junior staff on best practices in data management and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform capabilities and drive innovation.

• Identify new business opportunities to maximize the value of our analytics services.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in data management, including collection, transformation, analysis, and visualization.

• Proficiency in data mapping, light transformations, and data aggregation techniques.

• Strong background in creating visualizations that effectively communicate information.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables across internal teams.

• Competence in SQL for data interrogation and analysis.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.

• Experience with end-to-end data platforms like Adverity, Domo, or Datorama.

• Understanding of the media advertising industry and its key concepts.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of your work.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic environment.
