Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Tableau & SQL - E-commerce Industry

Location: Hybrid

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, up to £65,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Datatech Analytics. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of self-serve reports to provide insights and drive better business decisions and outcomes.

Our company is a leading provider of data-driven solutions to the e-commerce industry. We work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored analytics solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience developing reports in a BI tool, with Tableau strongly preferred.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large-scale customer databases. Exposure to clickstream and Google PPC data is preferable.
  • A confident communicator who can effectively gather requirements and guide teams towards data-driven solutions.
  • Previous experience working in an e-commerce/digital business is preferable.
